Cupcakes – How to Order

Ordering Guidelines

• Minimum order: 12 cupcakes of the same base flavour – choose from chocolate, vanilla, strawberry shortcake, black forest, coconut, red velvet, pumpkin, or maple.
• For chocolate and vanilla base flavours, you can customize your own toppings or choose from our Classic Cupcake Menu
• You can send us a picture of your desired design and we will work hard to re-create it for you
• We currently accept orders placed through our Contact Us Form, Facebook messenger, Instagram DM, email, and over the phone

Order Notice Requirements

For orders up to 48 cupcakes, we require 3-5 business days’ notice. For larger orders, a minimum of 2 weeks’ notice is needed. If you need your order sooner, give us a call and we will try our best to accommodate your request.

Payments

Once we receive your order request, we will send you a confirmation email with an invoice attached within 24 hours. We currently accept e-transfer for payments. After full payment is received, we will schedule your order for your desired pick-up date. Please note that an order is not confirmed until payment is received in full.
